Job Description:
- Lead and coach the sales team (Sales Coordinator, SPG/SPB, Merchandisers).
- Ensure product distribution, availability, and visibility across areas.
- Achieve sales targets and expand new outlets in potential regions.
- Analyze sales performance and develop area growth strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, distribution, and field activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3), Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or distribution, ideally in FMCG or Personal Care
- Experienced in managing sales teams and working with distributors/resellers.
- Strong understanding of General Trade & Modern Trade operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hold a valid SIM C/A, willing to travel frequently, and preferably based in the assigned area.
