- Diploma in related fields
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Supervisor Sales position
- Have depth knowledge for Tech retail, especially and future development
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Have passion to expand sales contributions in the sector of technology
- Target oriented and proven track record in achieving sales target
- Able to work within the given target
- Creative and up to date to current trends and technologies
- Strong network and knowledge about Merchant Networking
- Managing a team to achieve sales targets
- Able to do market analysis to make a short-term and long-term work plans
- Finding new leads or channels for potential resellers and distributors
- Promote Vyatta brand and products to channel customers in the assigned territory.
- Collect information and give feedback to management about market trend, market status.
- Providing a weekly and monthly comprehensive actual reports for individually and sales team
- Monitoring the activities of the sales team and participate in making company’s policy decisions such as discounts, promotion, etc
- Organizing a productive activity area plan every week
- Willing to visit potential areas for reseller and distributor leads, as well as development for existing resellers and distributors
