Deskripsi pekerjaan Area Sales Supervisor (Sumatera) PT. Decision Tree Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
1. Focus on developing and managing General Trade (GT) channels including traditional stores, wholesalers, and distributors.
2. Support and handle Modern Trade (MT) channels required by the company.
3. Achieve sales targets, shipment targets, and payment collection targets assigned by the company.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with GT customers and key MT partners.
5. Execute and comply with the company’s offline sales strategies, policies, and promotional programs.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing, especially within the GT market.
7. Collect market information and provide operational and sales insights to support business growth.
8. Coordinate with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment collection.
9. Handle other sales-related tasks assigned by the company in a timely manner.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Salesman, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
2. Strong experience in handling General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).
3. Familiar with GT distribution systems, reseller management, and traditional market operations.
4. Good negotiation skills, especially with distributors, wholesalers, and store owners.
5. Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
6. Good communication skills and able to communicate clearly to ensure efficiency.
7. Willing to be placed according to the assigned area (Sumatera area)
