Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage sales performance across assigned modern trade accounts (e.g., supermarkets, pharmacies, and retail chains)
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and distribution targets
-Build strong relationships with key accounts and retail partners
-Monitor stock availability, product visibility, and in-store promotions
-Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
-Ensure execution excellence aligned with brand guidelines
🧩 Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Modern Trade, preferably in beauty/FMCG industry
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
-Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
-Willing to travel and manage multiple areas
-Target Oriented
