RESPONSIBILITY
Manage Sell In, Sell Out dan Inventory Level in assigned area
Sales Monitoring and Reporting
Product distribution development
Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to support achievement
Lead, coach, and develop sales team members to achieve business objectives.
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an Area Manager, Branch Manager, or similar role
Experience handling Multi Distributors and Multiple Channels
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to analyse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work independent or in team
Flexibility to travel within the assigned area
Willing to work on fast pace timeline
IV. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Excel, Word, Power Point Proficiency is a must
Understand English Language
Negotiation Skills
Budget Management is a plus
Key Account Management is a plus
