Area Sales Manager - West Java

Requirements : ·

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 5 years of experience Area Sales Manager inFMCG and / or tobacco product trade channels

· Experienced as Sales Distributor

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

· Good in data processing and analyzing

· Well-polished communication – written, oral, and visual

· English proficiency

· Target Oriented

· Familiar to be working at fast working pace

· Coverage area West Java

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage long-term partnership with several accounts in West Java area through excellent interpersonal skills and strong focus on customer satisfaction

· Conduct on the ground analysis on sales performance, competitive factors, and market opportunities across channels

· Design and implement initiatives to improve sales performance and to capture opportunities across channels

· Manage day by day operations with regards to key accounts to ensure all objectives are met

· Colaborate with stakeholders across the supply chain and within the organizations to achieve mutual business goals

· Ensure compliance to regular reporting and documentation as needed

· Foster a positive working environment for the team
