Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives within the assigned area.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify opportunities or gaps.
- Supervise and support Beauty Advisors
- Conduct regular store and outlet visits to ensure sales execution and team productivity.
- Ensure product availability, distribution, visibility, merchandising, and proper product display.
- Execute and monitor promotional programs, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with stores, distributors, and relevant business partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, new product launches, and market trends.
- Identify problems in the field and provide practical corrective actions.
- Prepare regular sales and area performance reports (sell out data) for management.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and HR to support smooth business operations.
Must Have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, FMCG, Personal Care, or Retail.
- Experience managing a sales area and/or supervising field sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales execution, distribution, merchandising, and outlet management.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to conduct frequent field visits.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
