MEGAZE COFFEE is a coffee brand from PT TEMAN TEMAN MIMPI, a company headquartered in Jakarta that operates Korean F&B brands.
The company opened its first store at Lippo Mall Puri in June 2025 and then its second store at AEON MALL BSD in November 2025. All of our executives, including the CEO, are experts from Korea, specializing in space design, menu development, operations, and marketing.
Through a diverse menu and various marketing activities, PT TEMAN TEMAN MIMPI aims to increase brand awareness and strengthen its position as a K-Coffee brand in Indonesia.

Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support
- Assist in ensuring smooth daily store operations
- Manpower scheduling and management
- Provide backup when the store is short on manpower
- Ensure SOPs are properly implemented on-site
Stock & Inventory
- Assist with daily & weekly stock inventory checks and management
- Coordinate raw material orders & restocking
- Monitor waste and usage of materials
Operational Audit
- Perform regular store inspections to ensure quality and effectively manage overall store operations and services.
- Identify operational issues and propose solutions
- Report store conditions and findings to management
Coordination
- Coordinate with District Manager & Store PICs
- Support operational needs (equipment, manpower, etc.)
- Act as a liaison between management and store teams
- Support food/beverage R&D and testing.
Problem Solving
- Handle on-site issues (customer complaints, staff issues, etc.)
- Provide quick and effective solutions
- Follow up until issues are fully resolved

Requirements
- Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably as Store Supervisor, or similar leadership role
- Strong experience of end-to-end store operations and inventory management
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy, and consistent in maintaining standards
- Responsive, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills
- Responsible and values teamwork and is open to growth
- Strong understanding of and interest in coffee and beverages
- Basic English proficiency
- Knowledge of F&B hygiene standards; food safety certification is a plus
