Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor, or at least 1 year as an Assistant Manager—preferably in an outsourcing or manpower service company.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing operations, including recruitment, placement, workforce administration, payroll, attendance management, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders (clients, vendors, and internal departments).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with targets, fast pace, and high mobility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with HR/operational systems.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (Employment Law, PKWT/PKWTT, outsourcing regulations).
- Willing to work under pressure and conduct regular visits to client sites.
Job Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Supervise and ensure all outsourcing operational activities run according to company standards and client requirements.
- Monitor workforce attendance, performance, discipline, and manpower needs at client sites.
- Handle operational issues on-site promptly and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal procedures.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and address their operational needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular client visits and performance reviews to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Coordinate manpower requests, contract renewals, and service improvement initiatives.
