Requirment :
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Area Manager Kitchen in a fast-paced coffee shop, café, or casual dining environment.
- Background in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop kitchen staff.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Proficient in kitchen management tools, including inventory systems, operational reporting, and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with operations, bar, and management teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage kitchen workflow and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen best practices.
- Food safety or kitchen management certifications are a plus.
- Willing to travel for business purposes as required.
