Deskripsi pekerjaan Area Manager Jawa Timur (Kediri/Jombang/Jember) PT. Agros Global Indonesia
The Area Manager is responsible in achieving sales targets and increasing market share in the assigned territory. This position will work closely with the sales team and distributors to ensure a smooth sales process and optimal customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Sales in developing and executing sales strategies in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and gather data on customers and competitors.
- Identify and reach out to new prospects.
- Conduct product and service presentations to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
- Track and analyze sales data.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to sales.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in sales.
- Have knowledge or Experience working in Agriculture company is a PLUS.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have good English language skills is preferable.
- Willing to be placed in areas according to company needs.
