Job Description:
- Maintain and develop the performance of assigned POS (Point of Sales) to ensure sustainable business growth and prevent revenue decline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with POS partners through regular store visits and communication (calls/chat).
- Monitor POS performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure POS compliance with company standards, programs, and operational procedures.
- Resolve issues faced by POS promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor business activities and provide necessary support to POS partners.
- Prepare periodic reports on POS performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives and achieve area sales targets.
