We are looking for a skilled, organized, and detail-oriented Architectural & Interior Drafter to join our team in Bali.
You will work across two complementary brands:
HiBali Properties Studio develops unique architectural properties in Bali, combining contemporary design, natural materials, custom furniture, and carefully considered architectural details.
Hi Architecture Détail is an international platform offering architectural eBooks, CAD drawing collections, technical construction details, and professional resources for architects and interior designers worldwide.
We are looking for someone who enjoys technical drawing, understands construction methods, and believes that good architecture is defined by the quality of its details.
Key Responsibilities
HiBali Properties Studio
- Produce accurate architectural and interior construction drawings.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Develop technical drawings for custom furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and other built-in elements.
- Translate design concepts and sketches into professional technical drawings.
- Prepare drawings for contractors, workshops, and suppliers.
- Update drawings according to design revisions and site conditions.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized project documentation.
- Oversee on-site quality control, ensuring construction details, materials, finishes, and workmanship meet the required standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure proper execution of architectural and interior details.
Technical Drawing Collections — Hi Architecture Détail
- Create professional 2D CAD drawings and detailed construction documentation.
- Develop technical drawings for architectural eBooks and downloadable CAD libraries.
- Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, joinery details, and assembly drawings.
- Follow established graphic standards, drawing templates, and technical specifications.
- Organize CAD files, layers, annotations, dimensions, and drawing references.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional presentation across all deliverables.
- Support the development of visual and technical content for social media, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
Requirements
- Education in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related drafting field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional drafting experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Experience with Archicad is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, dimensions, and technical detailing.
- Experience producing detailed architectural and interior construction drawings.
- Knowledge of custom furniture and millwork detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-end residential or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of SketchUp.
- Experience working with international architectural documentation standards.
- Familiarity with both metric and imperial drawing systems.
