Job Description
- Create detailed design plans, (3D or 2D) related to work methods, providing practical design solutions.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure that designs are practical and feasible, and that construction timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordination on project plan with team and client.
- Able to read CAD, 3D and Construction Drawing.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Monitor, evaluate and and make adjustments as needed.
- Site visits for each project being implemented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1 - 2 years of experience in drafter or architect.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or any related software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creative, innovative, initiative, proactive.
- and able to work together in teams and individually.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Work from Office at Cakung, Jakarta Timur.
- Having a driver licence (SIM A/SIM C) is a plus.
