Job Description
BK STUDIO is seeking a creative, detail-oriented and technically skilled Architect Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, solid architectural knowledge and the ability to translate design concepts into practical and well-developed architectural solutions. This role involves developing design concepts, preparing technical drawings and construction documentation and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the design process.
We are looking for someone who can balance creativity with technical precision, understands construction requirements and is committed to delivering high-quality architectural designs from concept development to technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural design concepts based on client requirements, project briefs and site conditions.
- Prepare architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, architectural details and construction drawings.
- Develop 2D technical drawings and 3D architectural models, including design visualizations and presentation materials.
- Translate design concepts into practical, technically accurate and buildable architectural solutions.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, consultants and contractors throughout the design development and construction process.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards.
- Revise and refine designs based on client feedback, technical requirements and site conditions.
- Assist in preparing material selections, design specifications, presentations and project documentation.
- Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines, quality standards and applicable building codes and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design capabilities and experience across various project types.
- Proficient in architectural drafting and design software, with the ability to produce accurate 2D drawings, detailed technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Capable of developing 3D architectural models and producing high-quality design visualizations.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, building materials and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with building codes, construction standards and applicable regulations.
- Strong design sensibility, spatial awareness, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proactive, responsible, adaptable and willing to learn and grow professionally.
