About PT Kreative Prosper Indo
PT Kreative Prosper Indo is a dynamic company involved in facilities and operations management, furniture exports, and property development. We are currently working on F&B spaces, food compounds, and commercial property projects, offering a unique opportunity for an aspiring architect to gain hands-on experience in real-world projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in concept design and space planning for food courts, commercial properties, and retail spaces.
- Create and modify architectural drawings (floor plans, layouts, and 3D models) using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Support the team in material selection and coordination with vendors.
- Conduct site visits and assist in project supervision to ensure design implementation.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Research and propose innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of building materials, construction processes, and project management.
- Passion for creative, functional, and sustainable design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
