We are looking for a creative and inspired architect and interior designer to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand the needs and objectives of the clients
2. Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
3. Prepare sketches (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) and mood boards for the client and team
4. Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans
5. Delegate workloads to team members
6. Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must have at least a , or equivalent in a related field
2. 3 years of work experience in a related field preferred
3. Ability to work with architectural software to create building plans (Lumion/3Ds Max)
4. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, teams and have a good teamwork skills
5. In-depth knowledge of material and finishes
6. Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
7. Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
8. Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints
9. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
