Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience; prior experience designing F&B spaces is a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of design and graphic editing software.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Layout, and rendering software.
- Strong communication skills and effective time management.
- Creative and innovative in designing F&B or other commercial spaces.
- Good understanding of design principles, construction standards, and technical drawings.
- Preferably domiciled in Depok or nearby areas.
Job Description:
- Designing F&B restaurant layouts.
- Developing basic concepts for Fnb outlet.
- Presenting design ideas to stakeholders.
- Preparing budget estimations (BOQ).
- Creating detailed interior working drawings.
