The duties of the ACS Supervisor cover, but are not limited to:
- Supervise the site administration system such as issue of site instructions, approvals of materials, shop drawings and QA tests and inspections, etc.
- Check quotations from the contractor and inform the construction manager on the issue of variation orders.
- Solve technical issue on site and discuss with design office (if required) with approval of Construction Manager/Project Manager.
- Ensure the Construction Drawings are up to date. Control changes on the drawings.
- Carry out the daily quality inspection and fill out the QA check forms for the inspection of the Works. Ensure that the Works done as per project requirements.
- Inspections of workshop and witnessing of tests.
- Prepare daily report.
