About the Role
PT Senada Nijdam Design is looking for an Architect & Interior Designer (AID) to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead architectural and interior design projects from concept development to project completion while collaborating closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
- Coordinate directly with clients throughout the design and project execution process.
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and presentation materials.
- Design and develop custom furniture, including built-in and loose furniture.
- Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and RAB (Cost Estimation).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and site teams during project execution.
- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and ensure work quality meets company standards.
- Review shop drawings, materials, finishes, and technical details before production.
- Resolve design and technical issues during construction and installation.
- Manage project schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Provide guidance and coordinate with junior designers when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and/or interior design projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Excellent project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of construction details, custom furniture, materials, lighting, and finishing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to prepare BOQ and RAB accurately.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to conduct site visits and project supervision.
