Responbilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes, including appetizers, mains, grilled items, and traditional rice dishes.
- Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Collaborate with the team to create new seasonal or special dishes.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Uphold halal food handling practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Arabic Chef or in a Middle Eastern kitchen.
- Deep understanding of Arabic spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of halal food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Culinary diploma or relevant training is preferred.
- Can speak english is a plus.
