Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, Purchasing, or Procurement is preferred.
Female, aged 25–35 years.
Strong understanding of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable aging, and payment collection.
Familiar with the end-to-end purchasing process, including Purchase Requests (PR), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO), goods receipt, and vendor payments.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using Accurate Accounting Software or ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, assertive, and responsible.
Able to work under targets, meet deadlines, and handle large volumes of data.
Able to maintain the confidentiality of customer, vendor, and company information.
