Aquaculture Technical Support
(Based on project position)
Responsibility:
- Providing technical support, mentoring, and solutions to farmers, monitoring water quality, feed management, and laboratory analysis.
- Managing shrimp cultivation in nursery and grow-out ponds.
Requirements and Skills :
- Minimum education: Diploma 4 / Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries / Aquaculture or other relevant major.
- 3 years of experience in shrimp farming.
- Experience as technician / technical support in shrimp ponds / hatcheries / nurseries / RAS.
- Understanding of water quality control and improvement.
- Understanding of management systems and feeding programs.
- Understanding of aquaculture performance parameters.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work in the field (mobile).
- Work location: Sumbawa area.
- Preference will be given to those from West Nusa Tenggara.
