We are looking for motivated and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our growing team in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to business professionals and decision-makers to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Identify and engage potential prospects based on target audience criteria.
- Explain the purpose and value of meetings professionally and persuasively.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm their availability and attendance.
- Maintain accurate prospect information, call outcomes, and appointment records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Work closely with team leaders and management to improve call quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center operations is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections.
- Target-driven, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good command of English
