- Perform on-site installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ protocols), preventive maintenance, and ISO/IEC 17025 calibrations for high-precision analytical instruments.
- Take excellent care of delicate reference standards and make sure the working environment is strictly controlled.
- Report to the Technical Manager to make sure all work meets our high-quality standards, while taking your travel schedule from the Commercial team.
- Be our eyes and ears in the field. Listen to our customers, find out what problems they are facing to generate leads for the Commercial Manager.
- Technical Application Support : Provide application support, method optimization, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure optimal instrument performance.
- Technical Troubleshooting : Diagnose hardware, software, and application-related issues, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Customer Relationship : Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional technical support and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Travel Readiness : Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia and overseas when required.
