Qualification:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
2. Minimum of >1 year of experience as a Senior Developer or Lead Developer.
3. Highly proficient in Golang (Go) programming and understanding of concurrency and microservices concepts.
4. In-depth experience in REST API development and documentation.
5. Familiarity with and experience working with third-party Payment Gateway integrations.
6. Strong understanding of relational database design, index optimization, and data management in PostgreSQL.
7. Strong communication skills, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Job Descriptions:
1. Lead and direct a team of developers in developing web/mobile-based applications (Back End/Full Stack).
2. Design, build, and maintain efficient, testable, and reliable systems using the Golang programming language.
3. Build and manage a scalable RESTful API architecture for integration between services.
4. Take full responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the Payment Gateway feature.
5. Optimize data structures and query performance using PostgreSQL.
6. Develop development schedules (sprints), conduct code reviews, and ensure project completion on time according to company quality standards.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues or critical bugs in production systems.
