At Motion The Agency, we specialise in creating captivating motion design and animation for brands across a wide range of industries. From explainer videos to promotional campaigns, we bring stories to life through dynamic visuals and animations. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and creative 2D Motion Designer to join our team and help us deliver outstanding animations for our clients.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled 2D Motion Designer with experience in motion graphics and animation to create engaging and polished animations for a variety of projects. This role requires someone with strong artistic vision, attention to detail, and the ability to bring concepts to life through 2D animation. You will collaborate closely with our creative team, including designers, directors, and clients, to produce visually compelling animations that align with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 2D animations for explainer videos, promotional content, social media campaigns, and other digital assets.
- Develop and execute motion graphics for various projects, from initial concept to final animation.
- Work with storyboards, style frames, and scripts to animate content that communicates clear messages.
- Collaborate with the design and animation team to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and client feedback.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute creative ideas to projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 2D Animator or Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation work.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, and similar software.
- Ability to create high-quality motion graphics and animations.
- Experience working with storyboards and developing creative solutions for clients’ needs.
- Strong understanding of timing, composition, and design principles.
- Excellent english communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere would be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in 2D animation.
- Familiarity with other animation software like Cinema 4D is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D animation or VFX is a bonus.
