Deskripsi pekerjaan Android Java Developer Pt Taksu Teknologi Indonesia
We are looking for up to 2 android developers to join our team developing 2 android apps. The apps will run on old versions of Android, therefore it only supports Java (not Kotlin).
The apps will communicate with RPC APIs via HTTP. The apps will also need to consume data from sensors and broadcast it to the server. The apps will be distributed privately and not through play store.
Your Responsibilities:
- Convert design into view.
- Write the codes using Java (not Kotlin).
- Create unit testing to cover the functionalities.
- Optimise the stability of the apps so that the phones/tablets can run smoothly unattended (kiosk mode).
- Participate in daily Scrum meetings.
- Participate in bi-weekly Sprint planning.
- Coordinate with remote team members in Bahasa Indonesia and English, via Slack and Zoom.
Our Requirements:
- At least 1-year of experience in Mobile Development.
- At least 2 years of experience in Java.
- Strong knowledge of the design pattern.
- Strong knowledge of OOP.
- Can write unit testing.
- Familiar with versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN).
- Preferred who presently lives in Bali.

- Good communicator, clear and concise.
- Can communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Can understand documentations in English.
