ANALYST, CX RESEARCH
Contract | Malaysia (on-site / hybrid) | 110 hours
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to support a CX engagement in the water utility sector. You will conduct desk research and customer research, assist in facilitating workshops, and turn findings into clear, well-structured documentation that the client can act on. This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who enjoys both fieldwork and writing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct desk research on sector benchmarks, regulations, and best practices
- Design and execute customer research activities (surveys, interviews, observation)
- Support the Project Manager in planning and running client workshops
- Synthesise research findings into clear reports, presentations, and documentation
- Track action items and maintain project documentation throughout the engagement
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Background in research, management consulting, CX, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distil complex data into clear insights
- Excellent written communication; able to produce polished deliverables with minimal review
- Comfortable facilitating group sessions and engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in standard productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel or equivalent)
