Deskripsi pekerjaan Analis Bisnis Pt. Berpikir Revolusioner Indonesia
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preference for fields such as Business, Economics, Information Technology).
- Have experience as a business analyst or in a relevant role minimum 2 years.
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of business processes.
- High analytical skills and mastery of data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify business needs.
- Understanding of information technology and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Skilled in productivity applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Showcase good analytical, evaluative and information presentation skills.
- Showcase good written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and technical resources to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
- Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities related to Manufacturers Process
- Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Analyzing client's business needs: collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from company stakeholders in analytic consulting projects.
- Analyzing and evaluating the client's current business processes and providing appropriate solutions that will be incorporated into analytic consulting projects.
- Responsible for creating business documentation, such as requirement specifications, workflows, and other documents needed in analytic consulting projects.
- Responsible for providing advice and recommendations to management regarding the consulting process, making the executed procedures more efficient and productive.
- Responsible for reviewing and validating proposed solutions, ensuring that the solutions are applicable and can meet the business needs as agreed upon.
- Presenting analysis results and recommendations through presentations, reports, or meetings with stakeholders and related teams within the scope of analytic projects.
