THE CHEESECAKE BAR | Park23 Creative Hub, Tuban, Bali
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and responsible All-Round Barista who is passionate about coffee, beverages, and excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the café, including beverage preparation, guest service, and other daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks according to TCB recipes and SOPs.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment properly.
- Welcome guests warmly, take orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with food serving, basic food preparation, and other café operations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar and guest areas.
- Monitor beverage ingredients and stock levels, and report low stock or wastage.
- Follow all recipes, portion standards, presentation guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Support promotions, suggest menu items to guests, and assist with social media content when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a café/restaurant is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee machines, and beverage making.
- Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Well-presented, punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work according to company SOPs.
- Flexible and willing to assist with different café duties as an all-round team member.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled.
