We are seeking an innovative AI Video Production who lives at the intersection of AI generation and compelling visual narrative. In this role, your primary focus will be crafting high-impact stories driven by state-of-the-art Generative AI video workflows (~70–80% of your daily execution).
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Creation: Develop and execute captivating visual stories from initial concept and daily storyboarding to final AI-driven video output.
- Tool Mastery: Master and continually test diverse Generative AI tools (e.g., Seedance, Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude, etc.).
- Prompt Engineering: Deep-dive into prompt engineering to control motion, pacing, camera angles, style consistency, and emotional delivery.
- Content Assembly: Assemble AI-generated clips, voiceovers, and soundscapes into polished, high-performing video content.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep up with fast-evolving AI video trends, new model releases, and prompt techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Experience: Direct, practical experience creating content using Generative AI video tools. (Portfolio required)
- Storyboarding & PH Background: Proven track record of creating storyboards on a day-to-day basis, or prior experience working in a Production House (PH) environment.
- Storytelling Focus: Exceptional sense of visual rhythm, narrative structure, pacing, and aesthetics.
- Prompt Mastery: Passion for iterating and fine-tuning prompts to achieve precise artistic vision.
- Tool Agnostic: Proficient across multiple AI ecosystems for text/image generation, video motion, and audio synthesis.
- Clean & Smooth Editing: Strong ability to weave AI clips together seamlessly, ensuring clean transitions, precise timing, and smooth visual flow.
