About the Role
The rulebook for video has been rewritten. TikTok, Reels, Shorts—capturing attention today isn’t just about smooth transitions, but who can ideate, produce, and remix faster than ever. We’re looking for a creator who lives at the intersection of creative spark and AI speed.
You’ll own our short-form video presence from concept to data analysis—using the latest AI tools to turn a single idea into a week’s worth of content, create visuals that were previously impossible, and localize content for global audiences in hours, not weeks.
What You’ll Actually Do :
- AI-First Production: Build and remix high-volume social cuts using next-gen tools like Runway, Pika, or Sora. Automate the tedious bits so you can focus on storytelling.
- Synthetic Media & Voice: Use platforms like ElevenLabs or HeyGen to generate voiceovers, clone voices for consistency, or create AI avatars for product demos—ethically and seamlessly.
- Generative Extend & Edit: Use AI in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to remove pauses, extend backgrounds, or reframe clips for any platform in seconds.
- Data-Driven Remixing: Let AI analyze our top-performing hooks and retention graphs, then use tools like Opus Clip or Munch to spawn new, smarter cut-downs.
- Hyper-Personalization: Tap into AI-driven dynamic creative tools to swap text overlays or product shots depending on who’s watching.
- Trend-Spotting with AI: Use predictive analytics to spot visual trends before they peak.
The Toolkit You’ll Wield
You don’t need to know every tool, but you should have mastered some and be curious about the rest:
- Generative Video & Image: Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo Ai
- Audio & Voice: ElevenLabs, Suno, Murf.ai
- Smart Editing & Repurposing: Opus Clip, Munch, Descript
- Dynamic Creative: Bannerflow, Creatopy (AI-driven variants)
- Traditional (Your Craft Foundation): CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects
You Are Someone Who…
- Believes prompting is as much a craft as keyframing.
- Follows creators like Curious Refuge and Chase Lean, and has thoughts on the latest Runway Gen or Sora update.
- Can ethically deepfake a CEO avatar for a friendly internal explainer—and make everyone believe it’s them.
- Understands that AI speeds up the “how” so you can obsess over the “why.”
Minimum Requirements
- A portfolio of social-first video work that made people stop scrolling (please include metrics).
- 2+ years in social media video, with at least 6 months actively integrating generative AI into a professional workflow.
- Demonstrated understanding of safe and ethical AI use, copyright considerations, and platform disclosure requirements.
