Description:
This position is suitable for someone who has keen interest in
• developing his career in Artificial Intelligence field
• sharpening his consultative & presentation skills establishing trusting relationships with customers
• keeping abreast of the latest technology and
• communicating with customers offering most suitable Automated AI solution to achieve their operational efficiency & productivity
• growing into managerial role or industry advisory role utilizing practical Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Technical support that will include at least the following activities:
• will provide the required on-the-job training on company's patented multi-sensory pgysical AI and become familiarized with the world’s most advanced AI solutions & industry use cases
• will involve in matching company's appropriate AI to meet customers requirements
• will involve in preparing and presenting relevant AI Proposal for specific customers
• will involve in constant customers follow-ups aiming to win opportunities
• will involve in setting up strategic partnerships
QUALIFICATIONS:
• University Graduate with relevant degree such as major in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) or equivalent
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in local language
• Good understanding of IT terminology, networking concept, computing hardware and assembling
• Good understanding of IoT devices and other hardware
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Require 1 year of relevant IT or AI experience in customer services, presales, post sales or Technical Support
• the candidate must have easy access to main Commercial Business District eg Jakarta
