Your Responsibilities:

Sales Development

- Drive and grow sales in your assigned region

- Conduct meeting for pitching and presentations to potential clients with us

- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue

- Personally manage key sales deals to ensure successful closures

Who We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years as a Sales B2B)

🔹 Strong expertise in Sales Strategy, Pitching, and Closing Deals

🔹 Goal-Oriented & Strategic Thinker – thrives in a high-performance environment

🔹 Proactive & Ambitious – always looking for growth and new opportunities

Probation & Performance Assessment Process

All candidates will undergo a 1-month probation period before receiving a Final Offer or internal compensation scheme.

During this period, performance will be evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which include:

1. Number of Sales Deals– Successfully closed deals within the probation period.

2. Number of Sales Meeting :
- Set and achieve a predefined number of qualified sales meetings per week/month to drive business growth.

- Proactively schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions and generate new business opportunities.

- Ensure meetings are well-prepared, strategic, and aligned with the company’s sales objectives.

Before the 1:1 interview process, there will be a group introduction webinar about who we are and how we do our business
