AI Short Drama Editor (Production)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for generating, selecting, and producing video and image materials related to AI short dramas, including but not limited to character designs, scene visuals, storyboard atmospheres, and short video clips.
2. Collaborate with the optimization and operations team to continuously improve AI short drama materials based on advertising performance.
3. Summarize the common characteristics of high-conversion materials, and refine character designs, plots, visual styles, and advertising assets.

Job Requirements:

1. Major in Advertising, Art Design, or a related field, with a solid artistic foundation and strong creative thinking skills.
2. At least one year of experience in advertising design, proficient in producing feed-based ad materials and video editing. Experience in creating AI-generated videos is preferred.
3. Strong graphic design skills, proficient in software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc., with the ability to create corresponding advertising materials proficiently.
4. Must be able to use English as a working language.
5. Enjoy watching short dramas.
