AI-Powered Full Stack Web Developer (Remote)
We are looking for an AI-Powered Full Stack Web Developer to build fast, SEO-friendly websites and content-driven web apps using a modern stack, maintain, and improve websites, web applications, and internal AI-powered automation systems. This is a full-time, long-term remote role for someone who wants to grow with the team (not short-term contracting).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys web development but is also excited about leveraging AI, automation, APIs, and data to create smarter workflows. You'll primarily work on WordPress websites, while also contributing to custom web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and AI-driven automation projects.
As DigiAgency continues to become a data-driven company, you'll help us integrate AI, analytics, and automation into both our internal operations and client reporting.
Work setup
Fully remote (Indonesia only)
Work whenever and wherever but complish all the deadline and 160hrs/months.
Time tracking: Trackabi (clock in/out) : 160 hours/month
Task management & CRM workflow: Odoo
Communication : Slack

Requirements
Indonesian citizen (WNI) and currently based in Indonesia
1–2+ years professional experience in web development
At least 1 production project using a modern JS framework
Experience with Astro and/or Headless CMS (Strapi preferred)
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
Excellent English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
Reliable laptop + stable internet
Comfortable with remote work, async communication, and ownership
Responsibilities :
Website Development
- Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites
- Build responsive landing pages and business websites
- Customize themes, plugins, and website functionality
- Improve website speed, SEO performance, and security
- Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance
Full Stack Development
- Develop custom web applications and internal tools
- Build frontend and backend features
- Design and maintain databases
- Build and integrate REST APIs
- Collaborate on new digital products and software projects
AI Automation & Data
- Design AI-powered automation workflows
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, or other LLM APIs into business processes
- Automate repetitive tasks using APIs and automation platforms
- Collect and process data from multiple platforms (GA4, GSC, Microsoft Clarity, etc.)
- Build internal dashboards and client reporting systems
- Assist in developing AI-powered internal tools for DigiAgency
Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, SEO specialists, and project managers
- Use Git/GitHub for version control
- Communicate through Slack, Trello, Gmail, and Google Workspace
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and code quality
Requirements / Qualifications
Indonesian citizen (WNI) currently living in Indonesia
Minimum 2 years of experience in web development
Experience building WordPress websites
Experience with frontend and backend development
Strong understanding of REST APIs
Comfortable learning new technologies independently
Good problem-solving skills
Able to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
FULL TIME (160 hours/month)

What you’ll do
Build performant, SEO-friendly web apps with Astro + TypeScript
Design scalable content models in Strapi (content types, relations, components)
Integrate frontend with APIs cleanly (REST, GraphQL is a plus)
Maintain clean, documented code and follow Git/GitHub workflows
Debug production issues independently and ship fixes safely
Support basic CI/CD and deployments (Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
Collaborate asynchronously with clear updates and deadlines
