TreeSoop and Tirrilee are Korea-based software houses expanding their development operations to Indonesia.
Our planning, design, and business teams are based in Korea, while we are building a strong on-site engineering team in Bandung to collaborate closely on global projects.
Recently, TreeSoop merged with Tirrilee, a well-established Korean software house with over 8 years of experience in building production-grade web platforms. TreeSoop itself was founded last year, and through this partnership, we are rapidly scaling our engineering capabilities in Indonesia.
All team members will work under our new unified company name, PotenLab.
At PotenLab, we actively adopt AI-assisted development workflows, leveraging tools such as Claude, OpenCode-style agents, and LLM-based coding assistants to improve development speed, code quality, and decision-making across the entire product lifecycle.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React, Next.js, and Node.js, and a genuine interest in AI-powered development workflows.
You will join our on-site Bandung team and take ownership of end-to-end development — from scalable frontend implementation to efficient backend services — while working in a modern development environment optimized with Claude-based and AI-assisted tooling.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
Actively use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, LLM-based code generation and review tools) to accelerate development and improve code quality
Collaborate closely with designers, planners, and engineers across Korea and Indonesia
Build scalable, responsive, and maintainable frontend and backend architectures
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
Participate in architecture design, technical discussions, and code reviews
Continuously improve development workflows using automation, AI, and modern tooling
Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack or frontend development
✅ Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
✅ Hands-on experience with Docker, Firebase, and AWS (mandatory)
✅ Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
✅ Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar)
✅ Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
✅ Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills
✅ Must be available to work on-site in Bandung
Nice to Have
Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
Prior experience working with Korean or international clients
Experience building products from scratch or scaling early-stage systems
Interest in LLM-based development, prompt engineering, or agent-driven workflows
