QUALIFICATIONS
Male / Female, maximum 40 years old
Minimum education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Film, Cinematography, Broadcasting, Performing Arts, Communications, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Film Director, Movie Director, Video Director, Creative Director, or related position
Proven experience directing short films, movies, drama series, short dramas, advertisements, music videos, or digital content
Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, visual composition, directing, and filmmaking
Able to translate scripts and creative concepts into strong visual narratives
Strong understanding of camera angles, framing, lighting, blocking, pacing, and visual storytelling
Able to work closely with actors and guide their performance according to the creative direction
Strong leadership and communication skills on set
Able to coordinate with cinematographers, producers, editors, art teams, wardrobe, makeup, and other production departments
Able to manage shooting schedules and make creative decisions under time constraints
Strong problem solving skills and able to handle unexpected situations during production
Familiar with professional camera equipment, lighting, sound, and basic production workflows
Understanding of post-production and video editing workflows is an advantage
Familiar with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a plus
Strong creative vision and attention to detail
Able to work under tight deadlines and production schedules
Willing to work flexible hours and travel for shooting when required
Portfolio or showreel is required
Good English communication skills are preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and lead the creative vision for AI-generated movies, short dramas, vertical dramas, and digital video productions
Design and manage the AI filmmaking workflow from script development and visual concept to final delivery
Translate scripts into AI generated characters, environments, scenes, shots, and cinematic sequences
Develop detailed prompts and visual references to achieve consistent characters, locations, costumes, lighting, cinematography, and visual style
Work with AI artists, AI video specialists, editors, VFX artists, and other creative teams to produce high quality AI generated footage
Review and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure visual quality, storytelling consistency, continuity, and cinematic standards
Establish visual references and character/style consistency guidelines for the entire movie or series
Determine which scenes should be created using AI generation, live action, CGI, VFX, or a combination of techniques
Lead the creative review process for AI-generated footage and continuously improve prompts, references, and generation methods
Stay updated with the latest AI filmmaking tools, models, techniques, and production workflows
Develop efficient and scalable AI production methods for high volume movie and short drama production
ADDITIONAL VALUE – AI MOVIE PRODUCTION
Experience directing AI generated short films, movies, mini dramas, or vertical dramas
Experience producing AI generated 9:16 vertical dramas / short dramas
Experience creating AI generated characters and maintaining character identity across multiple scenes
Experience with AI generated cinematic environments, action sequences, fantasy worlds, historical settings, or large-scale scenes
Experience using AI to accelerate pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
Experience creating AI storyboards, concept art, shot references, and cinematic mood boards
Experience combining multiple AI tools into an efficient end-to-end AI filmmaking pipeline
Experience working with AI generated dialogue, voice, music, sound effects, and lip synchronization
Experience using AI to produce high-volume short-form movie/episode content
Strong understanding of AI audience trends and emerging AI filmmaking technologies
Experience developing a repeatable AI movie production pipeline for commercial-scale content production
Portfolio/showreel demonstrating AI generated film or AI-assisted filmmaking work is a strong advantage
