AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help build an AI-powered platform to improve supply chain efficiency. This platform will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI to solve business challenges such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, route planning, and enterprise automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions integrated with Oracle ecosystem services.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and related frameworks.
• Develop and integrate custom MCP tools and enterprise APIs within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs through prompt engineering, instruction tuning, and model evaluation.
• Develop scalable AI services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Apply lightweight MLOps practices, including model versioning, prompt testing, evaluation, and deployment.
• Contribute to AI engineering standards, reusable components, and best practices.

Requirements

• Available to start immediately.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering with strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience building production-ready agentic AI or LLM applications (beyond tutorials or proof of concepts).
• Solid experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, tool integration, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building RAG applications using vector databases such as Qdrant, PGVector, Pinecone, or Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with LLM providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face) and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Understanding of lightweight MLOps, including experiment tracking, model versioning, prompt evaluation, and Docker-based deployment.
• Bonus: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), FastAPI, Kubernetes, or supply chain AI solutions.
