Posisi: AI Engineer
Level: Senior
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain GenAI Agents for internal (bank-wide) and client-facing use cases
- Build and maintain libraries, multi-tenant components, and services supporting AI Agents
- Conduct R&D / technical spike to identify optimal solutions
- Develop systems following engineering best practices: scalable, reliable, maintainable, observable, and secure
- Guide 1–2 junior team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owner, Business Partner, Business Unit) to deliver projects
Requirements:
- Experience in developing services from scratch (Web Service, Batch Job, Workflow, Microservice)
- Strong understanding of:
- Foundation Models
- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Agentic AI
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- Langgraph / Langchain
- FastAPI
- Docker
- GCP (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Vertex AI)
- Redis & PostgreSQL
- Message Broker (PubSub / Kafka)
- Airflow
- OpenTelemetry
- Background as AI Engineer / Software Engineer / Data Scientist with interest in AI Engineering
