Job Description Summary:
The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to support business goals. This role involves working with machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI systems to improve automation, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.
Job Description:
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Minimum 2 years as AI Engineer / AI Developer
- Build, test, and maintain AI pipelines and production-ready systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality and clean data for model training.
- Implement AI algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Research new AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Deploy AI models into production environments using MLOps tools and techniques.
- Create technical documentation and present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in AI development.
- Full WFO in Jakpus
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
