Kanggo is a digital platform that provides building repair, maintenance, and renovation services in one application. Founded in 2020, Kanggo has delivered 25+ service solutions supported by 2,000+ professional workers (Tukang Jagoan). Currently, Kanggo operates in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area and continues to expand across Indonesia. We are looking for an AI Engineer to develop and implement AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance Kanggo’s digital products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and solutions to address business needs.
- Build and integrate AI models, LLMs, and APIs into existing systems and digital products.
- Develop AI agents, chatbots, and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Explore and implement Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate, test, and optimize AI solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Integrate AI solutions with databases, internal systems, and third-party services.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI engineering, machine learning, software development, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building applications using APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI frameworks or tools.
- Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agent development is a plus.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, data processing, and model evaluation.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into web applications or existing business systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD City, Tangerang Selatan.
