Overview Task:
- Prototyping verification on Azure RAG base
- Extracting tacit knowledge by comparing veteran staff/RAG output
- Interviewing departments for current process mapping
- Requirements, design, implementation, verification from PoC to full solution
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in AI Engineer, with strong experience in python and training model.
- AI engineer with experience in Azure, RAG prototyping, business analysis, PoC implementation, and generative AI/utilization for knowledge transfer.
- Advanced experience in model training, optimization, and fine-tuning for various use cases (e.g., NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into ML solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent english.
