- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML or related roles
- Strong understanding of:
- Local AI Models
- Model fine-tuning techniques
- Prompt engineering for Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks
- Vector / Semantic Search
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Solid experience with SQL databases
- Hands-on experience in building and maintaining data pipelines
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
