AI Engineer

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Automation Engineering / AI Engineering / Backend Development
• Proven experience in workflow automation tools (mandatory: n8n)
• Experience using automation platforms such as Make.com or Zapier is a plus
• Strong understanding of API integration (RESTful API, Webhooks, JSON)
• Proficient in basic programming: JavaScript and/or Python
• Experience working with systems such as CRM, ERP, POS, or other operational tools
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
• Understanding of AI concepts such as prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG pipeline
• Experience with vector databases and AI agents is a plus
• Knowledge of deploying AI models (local server / GPU) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain workflow automation across business functions using n8n and similar tools
• Build and integrate APIs with third-party services and internal systems (CRM, ERP, POS, etc.)
• Design and implement automation use cases such as reporting, data scraping, parsing, email bots, and data pipelines
• Integrate and optimize usage of LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for business processes
• Develop AI-based solutions including AI Agents and RAG pipelines
• Support deployment of AI models, including local deployment on GPU servers
• Build automation for internal tools such as Frappe ERP, custom backends, and monitoring systems
• Create internal tools such as coding assistant bots and system monitoring solutions
• Document workflows, SOPs, and system architecture clearly
• Perform regular maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of automation systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions
