About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level AI Engineer to build and deploy practical AI solutions for business use cases.
You will work on generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, document processing, machine learning, and system integration. This is a hands-on role covering solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and deploy production-ready AI applications.
• Develop generative AI and RAG solutions.
• Build AI agents with tool-calling capabilities.
• Integrate AI services with applications and APIs.
• Prepare structured and unstructured data for AI use cases.
• Build automated model evaluation and testing workflows.
• Monitor model quality, performance, usage, and cost.
• Deploy and support AI workloads in cloud environments.
• Apply security and responsible-AI practices.
• Document solutions and participate in code reviews.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Around 3–6 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience building production software, data, or AI applications.
• Experience using generative AI models or APIs.
• Understanding of prompts, structured outputs, RAG, and embeddings.
• Familiarity with AI agents or multi-step LLM workflows.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services.
• Experience with Git, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with commercial or open-source language models.
• Experience with pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or OpenSearch.
• Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with document intelligence or multimodal AI.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation or observability tools.
• Docker experience is a strong plus.
• Kubernetes or MLOps experience is a plus.
• Experience in enterprise environments is a plus.
