Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer (Assistant Manager) to lead the implementation of Artificial Intelligence initiatives within the company. This role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, developing AI-driven automation solutions, designing AI models, and leading AI deployment to support the company's digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI implementation projects from planning through deployment.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency using AI technologies.

• Design, develop, and optimize AI models based on business requirements.

• Develop AI-powered automation solutions to streamline business operations.

• Collaborate with business users and management to translate business needs into AI solutions.

• Lead AI deployment and implementation across business functions.

• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI model performance.

• Research and explore emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices for potential implementation.

• Build Proof of Concepts (PoC) and recommend innovative AI solutions to support business growth.

• Provide technical guidance and coordinate with internal or external development teams.

• Prepare technical documentation and project reports.

• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and company standards.

Job Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or related role.

• Experience leading AI projects or technical teams is preferred.

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision concepts.

• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other AI platforms.

• Experience developing AI automation solutions, AI Agents, APIs, and workflow automation.

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment is an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional AI initiatives.

• Passionate about researching and adopting emerging AI technologies.

• Willing to work on-site in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI solutions for manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise environments.

• Familiarity with AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.

• Experience integrating AI with ERP, MES, CRM, or other enterprise systems.

• AI-related certifications (Microsoft, Google, AWS, Databricks, etc.) are an advantage.
