AISensum builds and deploys AI teammates (Daniel, Sasha, and Nicole) that work inside enterprise business processes to drive measurable outcomes. Daniel handles revenue intelligence. Sasha drives time and cost automation. Nicole lifts quality and productivity across frontline operations.

JOB CHALLENGE
The challenge of this role is precision under volume. Nicole and Sasha's outputs move quickly, and errors compound. A missed QC issue is not just a formatting error, it is a client trust problem and a reflection on the AI teammate behind it.
You will be reviewing outputs to our client accounts, each with its own SOP, commercial context, and expectations. Knowing what 'correct' looks like for one client will not automatically tell you what it looks like for another. The ability to switch context and apply the right standard without being told every time is the skill you will build.
The second challenge is judgment without full information. You will sometimes need to flag an issue before you fully understand its context. Learning to ask the right question rather than make the wrong call is part of what this job develops.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Review and listen to all Nicole outputs before every client delivery.
- Check for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and alignment with each client's SOP and commercial expectations.
- Document QC findings with specific, actionable detail, not just flags, but the business reason each issue matters.
- Track recurring error patterns and surface them to the team with supporting evidence, not just individual case reports.
- Support the development and updating of QC checklists and SOPs as client deployments evolve.
- Maintain structured QC logs across active projects, traceable by client, output type, and review date.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Domiciled in Bali, you will be invited to meet in person with the team occasionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Both are working languages on this team.
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and capable of maintaining precision across high-volume and repetitive review work.
- Native-level proficiency in Indonesian. Ability to identify pronunciation, accent, and linguistic nuances.
- English proficiency sufficient to understand technical instructions and project guidelines.

Text-to-Speech (TTS)
Voice AI
Speech datasets
Audio annotation
Voice cloning or voice mimicry projects
ADR / dubbing
Localization audio
Broadcast or media production
AI model evaluation
Project details:
- Duration: Approximately Aug until November 2026
- Time commitment: Around 4-6 hours per day
- Daily target: 60-100 data recordings per day
- Average Handling Time (AHT): Approximately 5 minutes per set of data recordings
- Working hours: Flexible (daily targets must be completed within the assigned deadline)
