[OPEN RECRUITMENT] Video Creator — PRMBN Studio
We are recruiting Video Creators to join the production team at PRMBN Studio, Indonesia's leading AI micro-drama studio. We produce short-form drama content powered by AI technology — and we're scaling fast.
The Role
You will produce micro-drama episodes (90–100 seconds each). We provide the creative foundation — scripts, character assets, backgrounds, and scene images — and you bring them to life.
What You'll Do:
AI Micro Drama Production — Create AI-generated micro drama videos using our established tools and workflow on Google Flow (Gemini Omni).
Quality Control — Occasionally regenerate or refine scene images manually when the output doesn't meet quality standards.
Editing — Stitch all generated clips into one seamless episode using CapCut.
Requirements
Capable of video editing using CapCut
Own a laptop/PC that can run AI tools efficiently
Willing to learn, motivated, and target-oriented
Experience with AI video tools is a strong plus — but open to beginners and fresh graduates
100% Remote / Work From Home — applicants from anywhere in Indonesia are welcome as long as you are committed
